Love your Texas Top 100. As a born and raised Texan (and Baylor Bear) living in  Jersey, these tunes, especially those by Asleep at the Wheel, got me through some major homesickness, but there is one tune and artist missing that deserves to be on your list – Lone Star State of Mind by Nanci Griffith. I was always a fan of hers and that song  became my anthem when I first moved to the Northeast.
